A seminar on squaring the funding cuts circle

The seminar will be presented by Informal Networks Limited, and hosted and supported by the Institute for Government.

Building high-performing organisations in the Public Sector has never been easy for those accountable for outcomes. The current economic climate means that funding cuts are going to make the challenge even greater. At the same time the need to improve service delivery and quality will continue. So the pressure is on to find new, but effective, ways to square this circle ~ that is a truly ‘wicked problem’.

This seminar will introduce new insights into the nature of this particular challenge. It will provide practical ways that will help delegates convert these hard times into an opportunity to stimulate innovation. These reality-based and proven methods can quickly have a positive impact on both effectiveness and efficiency.

The seminar is appropriate for:

All senior executives in Local Government, and other local agencies who have a vital interest in improving service delivery, community safety and the quality of life for residents in and visitors to their areas.

The seminar will be held in London on June 8th 2010

Details will be released in the next few weeks
